The Homeless problem can be solved in two weeks.Declare a health Emergency.Arrest them under the so-called vagrancy laws.In Ca. we have thousands of acres of BLM (Bureau of Land Management).Build air- conditioned Tent cities in the desert.One for Vocational rehab.One for Drug rehab.One for the insane retarts.Put them so far in the desert,if they try to escape,they will die.Create a program where they can earn and work themselves back into civilized society.Who's gonna complain?Living conditions will be better for them than where they are at now(In the streets)with shower facitlities and bathrooms.Certainly it will cost less in money, than the billions they are talking about now.common sense,works all the time.
You got to get them out,and clean them up.You got to get them out of their present enviroment,and probably de-program them off the way they live and act(if it's not a genetic-problem).Once you do that then you can teach them to live right,and become decent human beings.So what is your idea-plan? Or do you just Criticize and Joke.
