It doesn't take two years to get people housed if you take federal, state & city land, bring in the military and set up temporary military-style housing.
The only thing he has shown he is responsible for is letting as many people over the border that he can, giving them houses, land, businesses, grants, and property, then start raising the rent on all of these items, so the legal citizens who have been here before they arrived are getting kicked out of their home to the streets; AS he has already received billions for the homeless situation, but has done nothing, it has only accumulated.
RE: Immigration ... They are not "undocumented," meaning "without papers." They are illegal aliens, and you have worsened the entire situation in Los Angeles by supporting mass, illegal immigration.
Another huge failure by Garcetti ... turning a world-class city into a Sanctuary City and Shithole City through massive, unchecked numbers of people with drug and mental illness living rough.
